Free Vector Binder & Paper Clips + Images

Here’s something that goes well with a lot of stuff from my previous posts: Paper Clips / Binder Clips vectors and images. The pictures are high resolution scans of silver paper clips and black binder clips. Gray and boring, but hey the vector ones are all colorful :). I made three silver vector paper clips with slight differences and five colored ones (red, blue, green, yellow, orange). The vector binder clips come in the same colors and in two versions (raised and folded handles).

The download links are right after the screens. If you find them useful share the post or leave a comment. Thanks!

Thanks so much for this. I’ve been looking for vector images of pushpins and post-it notes for my booklet design and this just came right as I was about to finish the design! Thanks for making life easier. And amazing images by the way. Very polished and professional looking! Keep up the great work!

Thank you so much for these great vectors and also your fantastic site! I love your work and appreciate you making it free and very easy to download. Such great quality is hard to find. You always have the useful bits and pieces that I need to finish off a layout. Thanks again.

  5. i’ve been looking for these! might be using them in my site design. though i think you are forgetting the “Second arm” (for lack of a better word) in the first picture of the binder clips. there are 2 “arms” and when they are not down on the paper you should see both no? still really sweet graphics.

  6. Thanks everyone for the comments!
@kathy – I did take into consideration the “second arm” while doing them, but I thought that it’s better to have them this way. It would be more work for someone to take the “second arm” out of the image in case it’s not needed, than to just add one by duplicating the binder clip and working with two layers. The other thing I thought about was that this way the designer has control over the angle of view and the thickness of the imaginary paper stack :)

How do I use them? Some of the paper clip must be behind the paper I will “attach” it, and something must be up front. How do I do this? Please answer ;)

    • You need to work with them in an image editing software – erasing or covering the parts of the clip that go behind the paper. If you need a free program try Gimp.
